The big Seoul-trip
One of the big events so far was Nancy's birthday trip to Seoul on a weekend in May; most of the Iksan foreigners
ended up going. We all stayed in sleazy motels Itaewon (kind of like a Filipino version of Roppongi in Tokyo), and while the
guys stuck to Itaewon most of the day, we got tired of it pretty fast and decided that we needed to go somewhere else!
So we ended up on a mad search for the "ya fucking freak"-guys we met in Tokyo once, who were supposed
to be working at some Irish pub at some point in time somewhere in Mukyo Dong. Found the pub but not the guys, but
never mind that - we ended up stroling around the area for a bit (which was a VERY nice change to Itaewon), and then
we met Iksan-boy Shifty Larry (who had actually come to Seoul that weekend for a haircut - NOT Nancy's b-day party!!) and
his friend Nicky for a cocktail.
Saturday night came along... we joined up with the guys and went to Gecko's in Itaewon - and then on to some GI bar in
the Hong Ik University area.

Seoul-Sunday
After Nancy's birthday-bash on Saturday night we decided to spend Sunday with Andy and Vicky, doing touristy things
in Seoul...
We stumbled on the tiny Tapgol Park shortly after Andy and Vicky rushed off to eat Indian food...
